Backup Service

Managed Backup protects your cloud server from accidental file deletion or unexpected data corruption. You can choose how often backup images are archived, defualt retention is 30-day and we manage the entire process from the initial setup and configuration to monitoring progress and tracking/mitigating failures.

Recovery is fast, easy and non-invasive. We store backup images in on-site archive servers, this means the recovery process takes minutes, not hours or days. Having the ability to recover in minutes gives you and your customers confidence that you can recover from any problem within a timely manner.

Disaster Recovery

FullControl Network Disaster Recovery – Continuous Data Protection maintains an exact copy of your Cloud Server, updated continuously at predetermined intervals, saved off-site in the same underground facility used by the United States National Archives and Records Administration.

Managed DNS

Add unlimited domains and pointer records by accessing our easy to use web interface, without overages and extra fees. Updates propagate instantly to our geographically dispersed name servers so your changes are immediately available to service providers everywhere.

You will have full control over your SOA, A, CNAME, MX, and NS records all the way down to the TTL value. You will also be able to publish SPF and DomainKeys via the TXT record to ensure your mail server can exchange messages with anyone. We fully support wildcards, reverse entry and round robin lookups too. 

All changes occur in real-time, but it may take several hours for external service providers to update their recursive name servers with the new DNS information.
